How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Processing time at our warehouse is usually 1-2 business days before the carrier picks up your package.
What is your return policy for toys and collectibles?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for limited edition collectibles, the factory seal must be intact to qualify for a full refund.
Are the toys sold at TKO Toy Company safety tested?
Yes, all products we carry meet or exceed US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) standards. Age recommendations are listed on each product page to help you make the safest choice for your child.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, TKO Toy Company ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
